Styling, getting ready and floral details
The wedding day begins with styling. Hair and makeup are created in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, while the dress, suit, and accessories are already prepared.
When it is time to get dressed, I support with the final touches, adjusting fabrics and making sure everything fits perfectly. Jewelry is added, delicate earrings and a fine necklace that complete the look.
For the groom, the suit is adjusted, cufflinks are put on, and the floral boutonniere is attached during the getting ready. It reflects the colors and flowers of the overall floral design and ties the outfit into the wedding concept.

I bring the stationery with me, place it thoughtfully, and ensure it appears at just the right moments throughout the day.
In the ceremony room, the vows are prepared in advance. Reserved signs on the chairs mark seats for the couple and their closest family members. Tissues are discreetly placed, ready for the emotional moments during the ceremony.
After the ceremony, signage at the sweet table and the wedding cake provides gentle guidance for guests and blends seamlessly into the overall aesthetic.
Choosing the ceremony room: Golden Hall or Armoury Hall
For civil ceremonies at Schloss Schreez, two beautiful rooms are available.
The Golden Hall is especially suited for smaller gatherings. It feels calm, intimate, and very personal.
The Armoury Hall offers more space and allows for a classic entrance along a central aisle. This creates a clear structure and gives the moment a sense of ceremony.
Both rooms are styled to complement the wedding ceremony. I support the setup, pay close attention to every detail, and ensure everything is ready on time.
Decoration, florals and spatial design
The ceremony room is prepared before the guests arrive. A white aisle runner is rolled out, guiding the way through the space. It blends naturally into the castle setting and creates a clear path for the entrance.
Along the aisle, candles bring warmth and calm. Their light reflects off the historic walls, adding depth and a special atmosphere to the room.
The floral design accompanies this path. Along the aisle, at the ceremony space, and on the table, floral arrangements create intentional accents. They frame the room without overwhelming it.
At the ceremony space, a floral arch becomes the focal point.
Flowers, greenery, and materials are carefully chosen to harmonize with the architecture of the castle.
I support the setup and ensure that the decoration and floral design come together in a harmonious overall look.
The civil wedding ceremony
Once all guests have taken their seats, the music begins. The entrance follows.
The white aisle runner guides the couple forward, while the floral design accompanies the path in a calm and unobtrusive way.
The ceremony begins with the officiant’s words. Vows are spoken, glances are exchanged, hands are held. During the exchange of rings, the emotion becomes tangible. Flowers, candles, and music support the moment without overpowering it.
As the couple walks back down the aisle, the music continues to accompany them. The room seems to pause for a brief moment before the atmosphere gently softens.
In the background, I ensure that the rings are ready, cues are aligned, and transitions flow seamlessly from one moment to the next.
After the ceremony
With the recessional, the official part of the civil ceremony comes to an end. The music accompanies the couple one last time through the room before the doors open and the moment gently transitions into a more relaxed part of the day.
Immediately afterward, the champagne reception begins. Glasses are ready, champagne is poured, and non-alcoholic options are prepared. Guests approach the couple, offering congratulations, sharing embraces, and raising a toast together. The atmosphere becomes noticeably lighter, and conversations begin to flow naturally.
Decoration and florals continue to shape this part of the day. Small arrangements on cocktail tables, candles, and carefully coordinated details reflect the overall design concept of the ceremony. The bridal bouquet remains part of the moment, as does the groom’s boutonniere.
